Refund policy
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days (or longer) after the product is signed for.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Repair Service
For orders purchased more than 365 days ago: Contact our online customer service with your order information and a description of the issue, then send the product to our repair center for inspection. After inspection, we will provide a detailed repair cost quote. Repairs will proceed only after the customer explicitly agrees and makes the payment.
Return & Exchange Process
1.Submit a return/exchange request and state the reason.
2.Once approved by customer service, the system will provide you with a return address and instructions.
3.Send back the item and upload the tracking number.
4.After we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return/exchange conditions, we will process the refund (to the original payment method) or arrange for an exchange.
